At 49, my life unraveled. A divorce, the loss of my mother, and the weight of menopause cracked everything open—and gave me the unexpected gift of rediscovering who I really was.
Now, I help other women do the same: find calm in the chaos, reconnect with themselves, and choose their next chapter with clarity and courage.
